【问题描述】
专业版单用户打开凭证管理提示运行时错误，无法从指定的源创建记录集，源文件或流必须包含XML或ADTG格式的记录集数据。如下图所示：
【原因分析】
单用户缓存异常，导致查询凭证管理报错，清除异常用户数据问题可解决。
【解决方案】
